Stopgap so iteration is faster. crane sets RUST_TEST_THREADS from the granted --cores. That grant is 1 because NixDrv builds are measured as idle: Nix 2.34's --json output has no CPU times, and the build-cgroup watcher drops CPU whenever more than one instance runs on the node. So the suites ran serially.

The tests mostly wait on sockets and scheduler passes, so pinning 8 threads costs little. A TODO in the flake and an entry in docs/TODO.md (Agent) mark this for removal with the measurement fix, which is coming next as its own PR.
